Cost of Conference

Individual registration rates for the 2008 Summit are:

Full-time Registration:
Wednesday and Thursday, November 19 & 20
(includes all Summit materials; choice of 40 concurrent sessions; Thursday Breakfast, Wednesday and Thursday lunches; and Wednesday Awards Reception)

  • $175 Early-bird (registration received before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th)
  • $250 Advanced Regular (registration received following 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th — must be received by 12 noon Friday, November 7)
  • $325 On-site Regular (registration received on November 19; registration open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m)

Part-time Registration:
Wednesday, November 19 ONLY
(includes Wednesday Summit materials; choice of 20 concurrent sessions; and Wednesday lunch and Awards Reception at the NC Capital, including transportation between the Sheraton and the Capital)

  • $125 Early-bird (registration received before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th)
  • $175 Advanced Regular (registration received following 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th — must be received by 12 noon Friday, November 7
  • $225 On-site Regular (registration received on November 19; registration open 9:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m)

Part-time Registration:
Thursday, Novermber 20 ONLY
(includes Thursday Summit materials; choice of 20 concurrent sessions; and Thursday breakfast and lunch)

  • $125 Early-bird (registration received before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th)
  • $175 Advanced Regular (registration received following 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26th — must be received by 12 noon Friday, November 7)
  • $225 On-site Regular (registration received on November 20; registration open 7:00a.m. to 9:00 a.m)
Wednesday, November 19 Awards Reception ONLY
  • $60 per individual (must be received by 12 noon Friday, November 7)

All registrations must be done directly with the McKimmon Center.

Cancellations:

For any cancellations please contact the McKimmon Center directly.
Note: Extension employees may NOT cancel simply using the LMS, but must contact the McKimmon Center directly. Individuals who fail to do so will be responsible for all Summit Registration costs.
