Individual registration rates for the 2007 Summit are:
Full-time Registration:
Tuesday & Wednesday, December 4 & 5 (includes all Summit materials; choice of 47 concurrent sessions; Wednesday breakfast; Tuesday and Wednesday lunches; and Tuesday Awards Banquet)
- $175 Early-bird (registration received before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5th)
- $250 Advanced Regular (registration received following 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5th — must be received by 12 noon Wednesday, November 21)
- $325 On-site Regular (registration received on December 4; registration open 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m)
Part-time Registration:
Tuesday, December 4 ONLY
(includes Tuesday Summit materials; choice of 8 concurrent sessions; and Tuesday lunch and Awards Banquet)
- $125 Early-bird (registration received before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5th)
- $175 Advanced Regular (registration received following 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5th — must be received by 12 noon Wednesday, November 21)
- $225 On-site Regular (registration received on December 4; registration open 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m)
Part-time Registration:
Wednesday December 5 ONLY
(includes Wednesday Summit materials; choice of 39 concurrent sessions; and Wednesday breakfast and lunch)
- $100 Early-bird (registration received before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5th)
- $150 Advanced Regular (registration received following 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5th — must be received by 12 noon Wednesday, November 21)
- $200 On-site Regular (registration received on December 5; registration open 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.)
Tuesday, December 4 Awards Banquet
- $60 per individual (must be received by 12 noon Wednesday, November 21)
