Be an Exhibitor

The Leadership Team for the 2008 North Carolina Summit on Youth and Families welcomes individuals, agencies and organizations, and businesses that wish to exhibit materials, programs, or resources during the Summit.

Exhibits should relate directly to the Summit's target foci of strengthening economic opportunities; striving for educational excellence; and/or improving health and well-being of families and youth. Ideally, exhibits will incorporate advocacy for families and youth; leadership for strengthening families and youth; or successful collaborative partnerships benefiting families and youth. Exhibits should be of interest to the Summit target audiences of professional and volunteer leaders from education, government, business, industry, and communities.

Exhibits will open at 9am on Wednesday, November 19 and close at 11:30am on Thursday, November 20. All exhibits will be located in the Concourse area immediately outside of the Summit. Space is limited.

An Exhibit space consists of one (1) 8 ft. by 36 inch skirted table. Basic costs are:

  • Institutional Exhibits (including nonprofit, government, or education): $155.00
  • Commercial Exhibits: $255.00
    Additional tables, electricity and wireless Internet access are also available at additional charges (as itemized on the Exhibitor Form and online registration).

The deadline for reserving Exhibit space is 12 noon on November 3.
