NOTE: The hotel's firm deadline for making Summit rooming arrangements at the following negotiated room rate is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13th.
The Sheraton Imperial has blocked 200 sleeping rooms for the night of Tuesday, December 4th. Additionally, the hotel has blocked 100 sleeping rooms for early arrivers on Monday night, December 3rd. The Sheraton Imperial is an ADA compliant facility with sleeping rooms available with special accommodations (upon request, based upon availability).
The Summit sleeping room rate negotiated with The Sheraton Imperial is a base rate of $99.00, plus $12.63 (12.75%) state occupancy tax, for a total room cost of $111.63 per room per night. Please ask
for the “NC Youth and Families Summit” group rate when making your reservations.
Each basic room has two double beds, and the hotel provides for 1-4 occupants per basic room. A roll away cot may be requested for an additional $15 per night. Thus, for a basic room with two queen beds shared by two registrants, the per-person cost would be $55.82 per night, within the current in-state lodging per diem of $63.75. With three participants in a basic room reserving an additional roll-away cot, the per-person cost would be $42.21 per night.
