The Summit Leadership Team and Sheraton banquet staff have collaborated to develop meal menus that recognize and aspire to the highest levels possible of dietary and nutritional excellence, within logistical and budgetary parameters. The Sheraton banquet staff and Summit Planning Team will attempt as much as possible to accommodate special dietary needs to the fullest extent possible.

The only Summit meal that may be purchased individually is the Wednesday evening Awards Reception; there are no separate registrations for other Summit meals, nor may specific meal costs be deducted from single day Summit registration. All Summit meals are buffets (see below) that accommodate vegetarian options.

Wednesday Lunch: Garden Green Salad, Marinated Cucumbers & Tomatoes, Chicken Piccata, Three Cheese Frittata, Home Fried Red Skin Potatoes, Seasonal Sliced Fruit and Cinnamon rolls. Unsweetened Iced Tea, Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee
Wednesday Awards Banquet (Reception): Carrots and Celery and Spinach Dip, Fresh Fruit Selections, Cheese board w/crackers, Smoked Turkey Breast on Fresh Rolls, Sweet Breads including: pumpkin, apple and lemon poppy seed. Ice Water, Lemonade and Hot Cider.
Thursday Breakfast: Breakfast quiche, Sausage Biscuits, Bagels with Cream Cheese and Assorted Muffins. Assorted Yogurt, fruit juices, milk, Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee and Hot Tea.
Thursday Lunch: Caesar Salad, Antipasta Platter, Grilled Chicken Marsala, Penne Pasta with Fresh Garden Vegetables with a Garlic, Basil and Olive Oil Sauce, Roasted Herb Potatoes, Green Beans with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Breadsticks, Whole Fruit Display, Mini Cannolis & Mini Cheesecakes.
