Summit Meals

The Summit Leadership Team and Sheraton banquet staff have collaborated to develop meal menus that recognize and aspire to the highest levels possible of dietary and nutritional excellence, within logistical and budgetary parameters. The Sheraton banquet staff and Summit Planning Team will attempt as much as possible to accommodate special dietary needs to the fullest extent possible.

Please indicate using the on-line registration if you are requesting a special meal for the Tuesday evening Awards Banquet dinner, or if you have specific food allergies.

The only Summit meal that may be purchased individually is the Tuesday evening Awards Banquet; there are no separate registrations for other Summit meals, nor may specific meal costs be deducted from single day Summit registration. All Summit meals are buffets (see below) that accommodate vegetarian options (except for the plated Tuesday Awards Banquet dinner).

Summit meal menus include:

Tuesday lunch: Italian buffet including Caesar salad, chicken cacciatore, stuffed shells with marinara sauce, pasta primavera, roasted Italian vegetables, green beans, garlic bread sticks, tiramisu, melon platter, unsweetened tea and coffee.

Tuesday Awards Banquet (dinner): (plated meal) spinach salad, grilled filet mignon and chicken breast, oven roasted potatoes, baby carrots, broccoli florettes, dinner rolls, assorted fresh-baked desserts, unsweetened tea and coffee.

Wednesday breakfast: fresh fruit, ham and sausage biscuits, assorted yogurts, muffins/bagels and assorted sweet breads, regular and decaffeinated coffee, assorted hot teas, fresh juices (orange, grapefruit, cranberry, and apple).

Wednesday lunch: deli buffet including mixed garden greens with three dressings, cole slaw, potato salad, assorted deli meats (ham, turkey, and roast beef), assorted cheeses, condiment platter (tomato, lettuce, pickles), assorted sliced breads, chocolate and vanilla mousse, unsweetened tea and coffee.
